You will deliver analyses, experiments, and dashboards that drive measurable outcomes across regions. This is an end-to-end role: you will clarify business problems, define success metrics, partner with our Data Warehouse, build actionable tools, and support adoption across the organization.</p> <p data-start="682" data-end="908">You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, helping shape strategies, optimize processes, and inform critical decisions. Your work will directly impact revenue, margin, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Partner with stakeholders</strong> to define the problem, success metrics, and hypotheses; propose experiments and measure impact.</li> <li><strong>Build &amp; maintain dashboards</strong> in Looker; ensure correctness of data, clarity, usability, and decision support.</li> <li><strong>Analyze process/product/platform performance</strong> (funnels, conversion, pricing effects) to improve revenue, margin, and quality.</li> <li><strong>Data requirements &amp; QA:</strong> specify data needs, validate data quality, and collaborate with DWH on marts and metrics.</li> <li><strong>AI support: </strong>prepare datasets, support model evaluation, and help productize ML features; may contribute to ML projects.</li> <li><strong>Required ways of working:</strong> start with “why,” simplify, and treat analytics as a product.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Domain specific:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Analytics:</strong> Track and analyze partner performance (capacity, claims, delay, fulfilment) to identify gaps and improve reliability and efficiency.</li> <li><strong>Partner Network Optimization: </strong>Design and monitor strategies for partner allocation, expansion, and order routing to balance supply and demand.</li> <li><strong>Forecasting:</strong> Build and maintain models to forecast partner capacity, fulfilment performance, and supply-related KPIs.</li> <li><strong>Operational Insights:</strong> Analyze process and lifecycle data to detect bottlenecks, improve throughput, and reduce costs or delays.</li> <li><strong>Dashboards &amp; Data Products: </strong>Develop and maintain clear, actionable dashboards in Looker; ensure data quality and stakeholder adoption.</li> <li><strong>Experimentation &amp; ML Support: </strong>Run A/B tests on operational changes; prepare datasets and support predictive models for supply optimization.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Examples of problems to be solved:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Sales strategy optimization:</strong> cluster product options to maximize revenue/margin while mitigating claims/delays.</li> <li><strong>Product/Process performance monitoring/insights:</strong> track lifecycle KPIs, trends, and customer feedback; recommend actions.</li> <li><strong>Optimal order distribution: </strong>design strategies to route orders to best‑fit partners under multiple constraints.</li> <li><strong>Marketplace balance: </strong>identify capability gaps and guide Partner Network expansion to match demand.</li> <li><strong>Revenue/Margin forecasting:</strong> design/develop cross‑domain systems to forecast month/quarter/year outcomes and adjust strategy/tactics to hit critical KPIs; automate root‑cause analysis of forecast fluctuations and improve forecast quality.</li> <li><strong>Operational process optimization:</strong> find bottlenecks and implement preventive controls to reduce delays/claims.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <p><strong>Experience: </strong>3+ years in analytics or data science, ideally in B2B/B2C marketplaces.</p> <p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>SQL and Python (strong)</li> <li>Dashboarding tools: Looker, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent</li> <li>Git, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools</li> <li>DWH concepts (data structures, ETL/ELT)</li> <li>Applied ML experience is a plus (supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Quantitative Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Solid foundations in probability and statistics</li> <li>Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, time-series analysis)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong business sense and structured thinking</li> <li>Clear and concise communication</li> <li>Attention to data quality and detail</li> <li>Ability to decompose ambiguous questions into actionable deliverables</li> </ul> <p><strong>Languages: </strong>English and Russian - fluent (must).
