Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity.</p></div><p>We are looking for a<strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Account Manager</strong> who is able to support our growth and play an active role in our company development in the UK and IL.</p> <p><strong>Goals<br></strong>The main goal of this position is to develop repetitive and stable sales in specific industry/geography by establishing and maintaining contact with customers - market leaders and smaller players in such industries as <strong>machine building, robotics, infrastructure, furniture and others</strong>. We look for the best practices in sales and account management.<br>Further goals include supporting company development with process improvement suggestions, new ideas and innovation proposals.<br>Quantitative goal is achieving individual sales targets with assigned pools of customers in specific industry and/or geography.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>- Working with the incoming flow of warm leads, supporting them and developing relations with them.<br>- Acquiring new customers.<br>- Development of sales strategy in the region.<br>- Sales team coaching.<br>- Development of opportunity pipeline in specific industry and/or geography. <br>- Management of sales cycle - from initial customer contact and enquiry, to the order receiving and ensuring the repetitive orders flow.<br>- Maintaining customer contact at all stages of the project and being the primary contact point for your customers.<br>- Regular and punctual reflection of the sales process in the CRM system.</p> <p><strong>Successful candidate</strong></p> <p>- 5+ of sales experience<br>- Enjoys sales activities and supporting people. Strong customer focus.<br>- Successful sales track record in such industries as Rapid prototyping, Engineering, Robotics, Automation, 3D printing etc.<br>- IT and digitalisation enthusiast, willing to actively use modern technologies and software<br>- Understanding of metalworks, 3D printing, injection moulding is a major advantage<br>- Readiness and willingness to work in dynamic startup environment<br>- English native<br>- Self-organised and self-motivated person</p> <p><strong>Work conditions</strong></p> <p>- Remote full-time job<br>- Sales incentive scheme / sales commission<br>- Monthly salary depending on individual qualification and experience<br>- Corporate equipment<br>- Free corporate language courses (English, German)</p> <p><strong>Team spirit </strong>and friendly atmosphere: we work in an open, friendly and trusting environment that welcomes initiative.
