About this role

The role & it's impact:

As a Partner Development Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for new Partners joining our ecosystem across Asia. You will facilitate their journey from initial sign-up to full product utilisation, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to thrive on our platform.


By acting as a consultant and navigator, you will help Partners accelerate through our onboarding milestones, ultimately handing off high-quality opportunities to our Account Executives to drive long-term success.


The team & how they connect:

You will join a supportive Sales team of of 7 that values transparency, diverse perspectives, and working as a coordinated unit. We maintain a close-knit atmosphere, integrating every member into weekly cadences and quarterly reviews to ensure everyone understands and builds our collective strategy.


The team is currently working on:

  • Managing the end-to-end onboarding journey for new Partners wanting to join the Xero Partner Program.

  • Conducting outbound prospecting and lead qualification to identify high-potential accounting and book keeping practices.

  • Facilitating Partner education through webinars and digital events to drive product confidence.

  • Maintaining high data integrity within Salesforce to ensure seamless handovers to the broader sales team.

  • You bring a natural ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders remotely via phone and video.

  • Direct experience in a sales or telesales environment that helps you navigate outbound calls and prospecting with confidence.

  • A proactive approach that ensures you can identify and create opportunities even if inbound leads are limited.

  • Communication skills that allow you to explain software benefits clearly and persuasively to a range of audiences.

  • Attention to detail and disciplined use of CRM systems that ensures our Partner data remains accurate and actionable.
