Job Summary:We are seeking a Senior BPM & Workflow Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Laserfiche Workflow and Forms to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide business process automation (BPM) initiatives. The role focuses on end-to-end workflow orchestration, process digitization, integration, and continuous optimization across business units.
Key Responsibilities- Lead analysis, modeling, and automation of business processes using BPM best practices.
- Design and implement end-to-end workflows including approvals, escalations, SLAs, and exception handling.
- Develop advanced Laserfiche Workflows and Forms with scalable and auditable design.
- Orchestrate integrations between Laserfiche and ERP, Core Banking, CRM, and external systems.
- Define BPM governance standards, workflow controls, and compliance mechanisms.
- Monitor workflow performance, KPIs, and continuously optimize process efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and support stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation, process diagrams, and technical artifacts.
- Strong hands-on experience in BPM and workflow automation.
- Advanced expertise in Laserfiche Workflow and Forms or similar tools.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and system integration.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Laserfiche BPM / Workflow certifications.
- Experience in banking, government, or regulated industries.
