Are you enthusiastic about hospitality, people, and beautiful places? By working at Yellowstone National Park, you will get all three! As the CDL Freight Driver, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions that keep the park running smoothly.
Job Summary:
This position involves making deliveries throughout the park and hauling recyclable materials as needed. Responsibilities also include filling orders and assisting in the Gardiner Warehouse, maintaining trucks in good working order, staying informed on DOT regulations, and accurately completing all required paperwork.
The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: Early April 2026 to Early October 2026
Pay: $26.25/hourly
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
- Make Warehouse deliveries throughout the Park
- Haul recyclable materials as needed
- Fill orders and help out in the Gardiner Warehouse
- Keep trucks serviced and in good working order
- Stay updated on DOT regulations
- Fill out all required paperwork properly
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Drivers License with air brake endorsement and a DOT physical card
- Knowledge of different types or trucks and transmissions is helpful
- Good people skills
- Must be able to operate a forklift. Training will be provided
- Knowledge of different types of road and weather conditions is helpful
Physical Requirements include:
- Must be capable of lifting objects of up to 100 pounds
- Must be capable of lifting, bending, and standing throughout an 8-10 hour shift
