Wynn Race & Sports is seeking a sports junior trading position to support the trading and risk management activities across multiple states. This position is located at Wynn Las Vegas.

Responsibilities:

• Set up events for all pre-match sports
• Post results 
• Manage pricing and trading for both pre-match and in-play 
• Monitor exposure and effectiveness 
• Follow betting and sports related news and maintain knowledge about ongoing games 
• Ensure smooth communication of key issues and initiatives presented by trading and risk management teams 
• Identify irregular betting patterns 
• Continually monitor live trends and game situations with a view to ensuring the quality and accuracy of the generated data
• Other job duties as assigned 

• Minimum of one (1) year of prior experience within the online and retail sports wagering industry
• Knowledge of sports pricing trends and risk management for pre-match and in-play markets
• Experience with Digital and Mobile Applications
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with sports trading back office tools.
• Deep understanding of US and European sports
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. 
• Good judgement and the ability to handle stressful situations
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Flexible and willing to work varying shifts including weekends and weeknights
