The FINEX department supports Corporate clients in designing strategies for risk assessment and risk transfer to the insurance market, with a strong focus on Professional Liability, Directors & Officers (D&O), and Cyber Risk insurance solutions.
As part of our dynamic and ambitious team, you will contribute your technical expertise, commercial insight, and client-focused mindset to help us deliver best-in-class advisory and brokerage services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop negotiation strategies with clients for renewals and new placements of insurance policies
- Conduct technical reviews of policy wordings
- Maintain ongoing relationships with national and international insurance underwriters
- Prepare risk submission documents for insurers and proposal reports for clients in line with internal quality standards
- Collaborate with WTW teams worldwide, ensuring alignment with global best practices and innovative solutions
- Support clients in the day-to-day management of specialized insurance programs, including providing clarifications and negotiating contractual amendments
- Assist internal teams in promoting FINEX solutions through presentations, meetings, and knowledge sharing
