About this role
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Lead Associate to join our FINEX Cyber International Team at WTW London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of international clients, supporting their cyber risk strategies through innovative insurance solutions.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that values curiosity, client focus, and continuous learning. While experience in cyber insurance is a plus, we welcome applications from brokers with strong commercial lines experience—training and development support will be provided.
The Role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of international cyber insurance accounts.
- Support the placement of cyber risk programmes in the London market.
- Build strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, renewal strategies, and market submissions.
- Stay informed on cyber risk trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with colleagues across FINEX and WTW’s global network to deliver best-in-class solutions.
