El Rol
- Cumplimiento y seguimiento del proceso de atención de reclamos de los clientes asignados de acuerdo a los procedimientos definidos.
- Cumplimiento de las actividades de servicio (visitas, contactos, llamadas, reportes, charlas, etc.) definidas en el Manual de Atención al Cliente y/o las establecidas en los procedimientos.
- Atención de consultas y gestiones, seguimiento y solución de las mismas de los clientes asignados de acuerdo a los procedimientos definidos.
- Velar por el correcto y completo registro de operaciones y datos en el sistema que ayude a la correcta atención de los clientes y sus pólizas, diariamente y en las fechas definidas para pre cierre y cierre.
