Responsable de limpiar edificios, retirar la basura de los botes de basura, aspirar, barrer y trapear.
FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE:
Funciones del Puesto:
Limpiar los pisos del edificio barriendo, trapeando, fregando y/o aspirando.
Recolectar y vaciar la basura.
Limpiar y pulir muebles y accesorios.
Quitar el polvo de muebles, paredes, máquinas y equipos.
Limpiar con paño húmedo los bordes de las ventanas.
Utilizar soluciones de limpieza para remover manchas y limpiar superficies.
Limpiar ventanas, divisiones de vidrio y espejos.
Fregar y limpiar superficies.
Limpiar y dar servicio a los baños utilizando trapeadores y desinfectantes; reabastecer suministros según sea necesario.
Limpiar y desinfectar asientos de inodoros, tazas y urinarios.
Eliminar manchas, salpicaduras y derrames de paredes y superficies de mostradores.
Quitar huellas digitales de marcos de puertas, interruptores de luz, protectores inferiores de puertas, placas de empuje, manijas y barandales.
Calificaciones del Puesto:
Educación mínima: Diploma de escuela secundaria (preferido).
Experiencia mínima: 1 año de experiencia en labores de limpieza o conserjería (preferido).
Conocimientos: Conocimiento de productos y suministros de limpieza.
Capacidad para levantar y transportar objetos.
Capacidad para agacharse, levantar, estirarse y alcanzar objetos de manera regular, tanto por debajo de la cintura como por encima de la cabeza.
Requisitos del Puesto:
Contar con transporte confiable.
Disponibilidad para trabajar los fines de semana.

What you'll do
- The janitor is responsible for cleaning buildings, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash. Additional duties include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and maintaining cleanliness of furniture and surfaces.
