Job Description
Portico are currently recruiting for a Reception Supervisor for our team based at an American multinational investment bank and financial services company in the City.
The investment bank and financial services company are a true flagship location for Portico! The team take pride in being the service partner selected to deliver the front of house services, and have a special can-do, flexible approach, relishing the opportunity to keep raising the bar, exceeding expectations at every chance they get.
Daily, the Reception Supervisor will get to know the client’s vision of exceeding expectations through intuitive service, careful planning, and faultless standards. Team motivation, pride and engagement are essential to exceeding our client’s expectations, and the Supervisor plays a huge part in ensuring all these things are present.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am and 7pm, with occasional late cover until 9pm
Salary: £43,079 per annum
Qualifications
Experience in supervising a team of at least 10 people, covering all first line aspects such as absence, holiday and rota management are important for the successful candidate. It is also expected that candidates will have knowledge of exceptional service and be able to demonstrate how they have led these services within a previous position.
Candidates will preferably have experience of working in customer services, within a high end corporate or hotel environment.
