Job Description

We are looking for a talented Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join the Benugo Hospitality team at the Victoria and Albert Museum.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic kitchen delivering high-quality hospitality, events, and fine dining experiences in a corporate setting.

We Offer:

Rate: Up to £16.00 per hour

Contract: Full time / Permanent

About the Pastry Junior Sous Chef role:

  • Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
  • Lead daily pastry operations, taking on a management role to support the Head Pastry chef. 
  • Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
  • Work with the Pastry Team on a daily basis to develop recipes and deliver quality product

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Pastry Junior Sous Chef within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen. Attention to detail and passion for food are key.
