Searcys are looking for a creative and results-driven marketing  Executive professional with a passion for high-end dining. 

This role harnesses Searcys marketing expertise to accelerate the commercial growth of One Moorgate Place (OMP) and strengthen its position as a leading heritage venue in central London. The Marketing Executive will deliver high-impact campaigns across digital, print, and event channels, driving measurable results in brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion. Working closely with both Searcys central marketing team and the OMP events team, the role ensures every activity contributes directly to increased engagement, bookings, and revenue growth.

Job Description

Salary: £43,000 pro-rata (3 days per week)

Hours: Part time

  • Plan and deliver a monthly marketing calendar aligned with venue priorities, ICAEW activity, and Searcys’ strategy.

  • Create and publish venue-specific social media content for Instagram and LinkedIn.

  • Source relevant content by staying informed on One Moorgate Place and ICAEW activity.

  • Align all activity with Searcys brand guidelines and collaborate with central and ICAEW marketing teams.

  • Create, design, schedule, and report on monthly email campaigns with stakeholder sign-off.

  • Manage and grow B2B contact databases with the sales team.

  • Maintain and update One Moorgate Place content across Searcys and third-party websites.

  • Coordinate design, photography, video, and print to maintain high-quality marketing assets.

  • Support marketing activity for FAM trips, trade shows, and award submissions.

  • Produce monthly marketing performance reports covering social, email, and collateral activity.

Qualifications

  • Ability to plan and prioritise and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work at pace and multitask
  • Good written and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in running venue social media channels
  • Experience in events or hospitality industry
  • Understanding of brand management
  • Interest in design and photography to ensure optimum image use
