Job Description
Title: Barista - Monday to Sunday
Location: Bletchley Park, Bletchley, Milton Keynes
Salary: £12.21 per hour
We're looking for a Barista to join our team in BENUGO Bletchley Park. On a daily basis you'll be serving coffee to visitors, volunteers and staff member of Bletchley Park, and also support with food service in our cafes. We're looking for a confident Barista who's got experience in making the perfect cup of coffee.
You'll need to be a team player, great with customers, organised and efficient, have great timing and a can-do attitude. If this sounds like you then please apply!
About the role:
- Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner
- Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
- Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware of allergen procedures
- Take pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards
- Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
- Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
- Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed

- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus
- Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practice
