About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and business-savvy Senior Data Scientist to lead data-driven initiatives focused on media ROI analysis, predictive modeling, and AI integration. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in media agency analytics, who can bridge the gap between data science and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ROI and effectiveness analysis of media spend across channels and its impact on brand sales and brand metrics.
- Build predictive and classification models to support campaign optimization, customer segmentation, and sales forecasting.
- Design and deploy AI-powered solutions, including conversational AI integrations (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini).
- Collaborate with marketing, media planning, and strategy teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in data science, preferably in a media agency or marketing analytics environment.
- Proven experience in ROI modeling, MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling), or attribution modeling.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience in libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with AI/ML deployment in production environments (e.g., using Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, or Azure ML).
- Familiarity with integrating AI chat solutions like ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar LLMs into business workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and experimental design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with media agency data (e.g., impressions, GRPs, CPM, brand lift studies).
- Knowledge of campaign lifecycle, media planning, and brand measurement frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and tools like BigQuery, Dataflow, or Airflow.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
