Position Overview
World Wrapps is seeking a Catering Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for driving catering growth through ground marketing and direct outreach across the Bay Area. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with local businesses, offices, schools, medical facilities, and community organizations to generate new catering accounts and increase direct-order catering sales. This is a highly proactive position that combines in-person outreach, relationship-building, creative sales strategies, and light data analysis to support catering growth across all six World Wrapps locations.
Compensation and Benefits
- $23 per hour.
- Performance bonus up to 10% of annual salary.
- Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel between locations and client visits, in accordance with company policy.
- 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) annually.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively build catering sales by engaging directly with local businesses, offices, schools, medical facilities, and community partners.
- Execute daily ground marketing efforts including in-person visits, drop-offs, tastings, and follow-ups.
- Develop and implement creative outreach strategies to attract new catering clients.
- Support initiatives to transition third-party catering customers to direct ordering channels.
- Assist with planning, managing, and executing catering outreach initiatives across all locations.
- Track outreach activity and results to measure effectiveness and return on investment.
- Support basic data analysis related to catering and overall sales trends.
- Collaborate with store teams and marketing leadership to align promotions and
messaging.
- Represent the World Wrapps brand professionally and enthusiastically in the community.
- Provide in-store support during peak lunch hours as needed.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience (food, hospitality, or local sales experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Basic understanding of sales tracking, CRM tools, or reporting is a plus.
- Comfortable driving throughout the Bay Area and visiting multiple locations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to lift and carry loads of 25–50 pounds.
