Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years' progressive experience in a related field
• A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Oracle knowledge preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite skills required
• Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrate customer focus (internal and external) Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to professionally communicate (verbal and written) at all levels of the business preferred
• Personal time management skills and organization
• A strong team player with evidence of professional maturity and self-confidence
• Comfortable working in an open and highly interactive, fast-paced, communicative culture

A Brief Overview:

This position will support the Company's collections efforts and interact with the customers to ensure timely payment. This position will report directly to the AR Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively escalate collection delays to ensure we meet our Collection past due goals
• Timely communication to Customer inquiries & proactive communication regarding open aging
• Coordinate & communicate with Treasury on cash application
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, & AR Processors to research and resolve invoice issues
• Communicate with AR Processors on invoice submission/payment status
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
