Job Description:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients with mental health concerns.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Prescribe and monitor medication for patients as appropriate.
  • Provide psychotherapy and counselling to patients and their families.
  • Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, nurses, and social workers, to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement and performance management activities to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting as the requiremtn of MoPH, WVA and donor
  • Required Professional Experience

  •  Experience working with patients with mental health concerns.
  •  Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mental health disorders.
  • Required Education,

    training, license,

    registration, and

    certification

  • Medical degree and graduated from Mental health Specialty program / Psychiatrist
  • Preferred Knowledge

    and Qualifications

  • Attended Neurology fellowships
  • Travel and/or

    Work Environment
