📌 Cargo: Promotor de Proyecto Especial de Desarrollo Comunitario
📍 Ubicación: Riobamba
📅 Tipo de contrato: Giro de Negocio
🕒 Jornada: lunes a jueves 08h00–17h00 pm y viernes de 8h00-14h00
🔑 Funciones principales:
Capacitar a las comunidades en el empoderamiento y liderazgo femenino, la distribución equitativa del trabajo no remunerado en el hogar y la deconstrucción de los roles de género.
Implementar acciones de participación de la niñez con enfoque en espacios de aprendizaje comunitario que promueve la protección infantil y la educación ambiental.
Articular acciones de desarrollo con socios y actores locales.
✅ Requisitos clave:
Profesionales en Educación, Psicología Educativa, Pedagogía, Sociología, Antropología, Desarrollo Local o similares.
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en trabajo comunitario con grupos rurales e indígenas. Comprensión básica del idioma kichwa.
Conocimientos de género, interculturalidad y pertenencia cultural.

What you'll do
- The main responsibilities include training communities in women's empowerment and equitable distribution of unpaid work, as well as implementing child participation actions focused on community learning spaces. Additionally, the role involves coordinating development actions with local partners and stakeholders.
