Key Responsibilities:

PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO
Movilizar y empoderar al liderazgo de las organizaciones locales como organizaciones de base comunitaria, organismos de cooperación, la iglesia, socios, gobierno local y familias para implementar y dar sostenibilidad a los procesos/modelos de proyecto que prioricen el bienestar y protección de la niñez, con énfasis en los más vulnerables, promoviendo el aprovechamiento de los recursos y capacidades locales.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

1. Identificar, caracterizar y establecer relaciones estratégicas de asocios locales y líderes de fe para impulsar una visión compartida del desarrollo que prioriza el bienestar y protección de la niñez.
2. Fortalecer internamente las organizaciones de base comunitario OBC, red de voluntarios y comités de bienestar de la niñez, enfocados en el bienestar sostenido de la niñez del área de influencia.
3. Promoción y fortalecimiento de Redes locales y sectoriales de las niñas, niños, adolescentes y jóvenes NNAJ.
4. Fortalecimiento de los espacios de concertación y reflexión en el nivel local y municipal enfocado en los planes comunitarios, municipales, socios y enfoque en el bienestar de la niñez.
5. Desarrollar alianzas estratégicas y metodologías con la iglesia para promover la nutrición espiritual y protección de la niñez.
6. Desarrollar actividades a nivel municipal que propicien la reflexión sobre la problemática de la niñez con el propósito de incidir con los tomadores de decisiones para tomar acciones conjuntas en favor de la niñez.

EDUCACION
Formación universitaria y/o técnica en Ciencias Sociales, Pedagogía, Agronomía o carreras afines.

Dos años de experiencia en puestos similares con apertura a formar carrera profesional
Experiencia comprobable en procesos de gestión, movilización de recursos y coordinación con actores locales

Licencia para conducir vehículo tipo Motocicleta
