Key Responsibilities:

REQUISITOS:
· Escolaridad: Bachillerato concluido
· Gusto por el trabajo en campo (cambaceo)
· Gusto por las ventas, facilidad de palabra, dinamismo y proactividad.
· Experiencia de por lo menos un año en microfinancieras (ventas, atención a clientes y trabajo en
campo)
· Experiencia reciente en crédito grupal
FUNCIONES
· Apertura de cartera
· Dar seguimiento continuo a los grupos asignados
· Dar seguimiento a los protocolos que marca cada etapa del crédito
· Control de las renovaciones del mes
· Promoción de los productos que ofrecemos

What you'll do
- The role involves opening new accounts, providing continuous follow-up to assigned groups, and ensuring adherence to credit protocols. Additionally, the position includes managing monthly renewals and promoting available products.
