Join Our Team at World Kinect – Part-Time Admin Assistant

Location: Somerset West Office, Cape Town
Schedule: 6 months FTC, Monday–Friday, 4 hours per day

What You’ll Do

  • Be the Office Hero: Manage daily operations—open the office, order supplies, coordinate deliveries, and ensure everything is in top shape.
  • Create a Great First Impression: Greet guests, set up the boardroom for meetings, and make the office a welcoming space.
  • Keep Us Connected: Handle IT equipment requests and liaise with our tech team for any office IT needs.
  • Stay Organized: Oversee HSSE reporting, manage stationery and electricity purchases, and support day-to-day admin tasks.

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills—comfortable engaging with people at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English (a second language is a plus).
  • Previous office management or admin experience; accounting knowledge is a bonus.
  • Having own transport is essential as we need you to be onsite everyday
  • University degree preferred but not essential.
