CONTEXTE ET OBJECTIF DE LA MISSION

Sous la supervision directe du M&E associate et du superviseur de second niveau du chef du RAM officer au niveau du BT et fonctionele du Head of RAM CO , l'assitant suivi-évaluation doit réaliser les activités de suivi/Supervision des TPM dans une zone de couverture spécifique et fournir des rapports pour soutenir la mise en œuvre efficace des programmes d’assistance.Assister le chargé RAM du BT  de suivi-évaluation pour piloter et suivre les exercices de baseline, PDM outcome et endline ou tout autres enquêtes de suivi en lien avec le bureau régional et les stratégies globales du PAM.

   

RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS (liste non exhaustive)

  • Assister le chargé RAM du BT  de suivi-évaluation pour piloter et suivre les exercices de baseline, PDM outcome et endline ou tout autres enquêtes de suivi en lien avec le bureau régional et les stratégies globales du PAM ;

  • Vérifier les mouvements et la distribution prévus de denrées alimentaires ou d’articles non alimentaires, résoudre les problèmes courants et les escalader si nécessaire, afin de s’assurer que la quantité distribuée et la qualité de l’opération sont conformes aux normes du PAM

  • Assurer le partage, le renforcement de capacités des partenaires dans le cadre de la mise en place du suivi et évaluation à différents niveaux ;

  • Assurer la collecte d’informations autour des indicateurs génériques des projets d’activités au niveau du Sous-Bureaux et les Antennes décentralisés du PAM 

  • Maintenir un contact permanent avec les Partenaires de mise en œuvre du PAM pour assurer la transmission d’informations sur la réalisation des projets d’activités ;

  • Assurer la tenue des évènements critiques (, Post Distribution Monitoring, Beneficiary Contact Monitoring….) selon le calendrier de S&E des projets/ programmes au niveau de BT ;

  • Assurer la gestion des bases de données au niveau du BT/CO et la tenue et mise à jour de tableau de suivi des indicateurs de performance.

  • Appuyer à fournir les données pour la rédaction des rapports au niveau des BT: M&E report – ACR 

  • Effectuer systématiquement la production de rapport de suivi évaluation pour les BT (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Reports) ;

  • Assurer/superviser le suivi des activités et des TPM des Sous-Bureaux,

  • Tout autre tâche émanant des superviseurs

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE :

Education: Avoir au minimum un Diplôme de fin d’études secondaires. La possession d’un certificat postsecondaire dans le domaine pertinent est un atout en Science Sociales, statistiques, économie, suivi & évaluation, économie du développement ou tout autre domaine connexe


Experience: Avoir 5 ans d’expérience dans la collecte de données sur les résultats et impacts des programmes, la réalisation d’analyses quantitatives et qualitatives, et la communication des résultats à l’équipe de direction, aux partenaires et aux autres parties prenantes.

Language: Excellente maîtrise de la langue Française et une connaissance de l’Anglais serait un atout.
