CONTEXTE ADMINISTRATIF:

Ces postes sont à pourvoir dans des bureaux de pays, des bureaux régionaux ou au Siège. Les titulaires relèvent du ou de la Responsable de l'unité, du ou de la Chef ou du ou d'un responsable des services de gestion, ou de son ou sa suppléant(e).

À ce niveau, les titulaires des emplois concernés doivent assumer la responsabilité de la bonne mise en œuvre de diverses procédures et activités nécessitant qu'ils interprètent dans une certaine mesure les orientations et pratiques standard à leur disposition. Toutes et tous doivent pouvoir recommander des lignes d'action à leurs collègues à divers échelons et peuvent assigner des tâches à d'autres membres du personnel d'appui.


OBJECTIFS ATTACHES AU POSTE :

Soutenir l'efficacité de la prestation quotidienne de services spécialisés, axés sur la satisfaction des autres collaborateurs et d'un bon rapport qualité-prix, dans le cadre du portefeuille de services de gestion.

PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITES (liste indicative et non exhaustive) :


1. Effectuer des tâches et des activités au sein du portefeuille des services de gestion afin de soutenir une prestation de services efficace et de haute qualité.


2. Rassembler des données et préparer des analyses de base pour contribuer à la création de rapports en vue d'une gestion efficace des ressources.


3. Traiter les actions de routine liées aux achats, aux finances, aux ressources humaines et à d'autres domaines pertinents, en contribuant à l'enregistrement efficace et opportun des données dans les systèmes de l'organisation.


4. Gérer et conserver les dossiers physiques et numériques conformément aux procédures établies afin de garantir un accès rapide et aisé aux données, le cas échéant.


5. Être le premier point de contact pour les questions internes, en fournissant des réponses rapides et précises afin de faciliter la résolution efficace et effective des problèmes quotidiens.


6. Prendre part et suggérer des améliorations aux procédures et pratiques afin de soutenir l'amélioration continue des services fournis.


7. Utiliser les outils numériques et les applications technologiques pour améliorer les pratiques de travail et le service aux collaborateurs.


8. Fournir un soutien administratif pour la préparation d'initiatives inter-agences dans le cadre de la réforme des Nations Unies afin de réaliser des économies et d'améliorer la qualité des services.


9. Assurer la liaison avec d'autres fonctions et des contractants tiers pour permettre une prestation de services efficace.


10. Fournir des conseils et des orientations au personnel subalterne dans l'exercice de ses fonctions.


11. Effectuer des tâches de préparation et de réponse aux situations d'urgence en suivant les orientations données par le superviseur.

EXPÉRIENCE SOUHAITÉE :


A démontré sa compréhension de la réglementation, des politiques, des procédures, des processus, des normes et des systèmes des services de gestion du PAM.


Avoir de l'expérience dans la collecte de données et la préparation d'analyses de base concernant le portefeuille des services de gestion, tels que la gestion des actifs, des installations, de la flotte, des voyages ou d'autres domaines similaires.


A soutenu le personnel en lui fournissant des conseils et des orientations.


A l'expérience du travail avec des équipes dans différents domaines fonctionnels.


NIVEAU D'ÉTUDES MINIMAL REQUIS:


Formation : Achèvement des études secondaires. Un certificat d'études post-secondaires dans le domaine fonctionnel considéré est souhaitable.

Connaissances Linguistiques : Avoir une bonne maîtrise de la langue française (parlée et écrite). Avoir une bonne maîtrise de la langue locale (Kirundi).
