We’re expanding our Sales team and looking for a Territory Sales Representative based in Ontario (remote). In this role, you’ll drive growth across Eastern Canada and Quebec by building strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and promoting our full range of products and solutions. Bilingual (English/French) proficiency is preferred.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts within assigned territory.
  • Bilingualism is a strong asset with supporting the Territory Sales Manager in the Quebec region. 
  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold outreach and follow-up activities. 
  • Conduct customer visits, virtually or in person, to identify needs to support sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to determine sales forecast, product requirements, and customer problem resolution.
  • Attain 100% of assigned territory sales targets.
  • Communicate activities, opportunities, and competitive information through CRM system using daily/weekly status reports in a timely manner.
  • Track sales activities using CRM tools and report progress against targets.
  • Participate in sales training, team meeting and industry/territory specific events as needed. 
     

Skills for Success:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is a strong asset. 
  • Strong professional communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
  • Sales experience handling account-based customers.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and/or CRM platforms is considered an asset.
  • Experience in the laundry services, commercial laundry, textile rental, uniform, or reseller/distributor industry is considered an asset.
  • 20% of travel is required.
  • Requires moving, lifting or carrying items up to 50lbs.
