In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for your clients, managing their open enrollment and supporting their employee benefits administration needs. You’ll ensure compliance, accuracy, and top-tier service across payroll, benefits enrollments, deductions, and reporting. This is a client-facing role requiring both technical knowledge and strong relationship management skills to deliver a seamless Human Capital Management (HCM) experience.</span></p>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure correct payroll deductions for medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, 401(k), and other benefits plans.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate with carriers and internal WS teams to resolve issues related to eligibility files, COBRA, and enrollments.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist clients with ACA compliance, including 1095-C/1094-C filings and measurement tracking.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues related to benefits modules or integrations.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong working knowledge of payroll processing, wage & hour laws, and benefits compliance (ACA, HIPAA, COBRA).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a passion for client service.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to manage multiple clients with varying levels of complexity.</span></li>
