You will take a pragmatic and commercial approach to case management, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the tribunal process, while maintaining the highest professional standards.</span></p><p><em>This role will require occasional travel across the UK to attend employment tribunal hearings in person, as required.</em></p><p><span><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span><strong>About you</strong></span></p><p><span>You will have significant recent experience providing employment tribunal advocacy (ideally with at least five years’ experience), and be confident representing respondents at both preliminary and full merits hearings. You will bring a strong working knowledge of UK Employment Law and HR, alongside excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.</span></p><p><span>You will be comfortable managing complex caseloads independently and proactively, with the ability to prioritise work effectively and meet strict tribunal deadlines and procedural requirements. You will be confident working both autonomously and as part of a wider team, maintaining a professional and pragmatic approach at all times.</span></p><p><span>Experience working within an Employment Law or HR consultancy environment is desirable, as is holding a law degree, CIPD qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
