About this role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to support our growing remote operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are processed accurately, scheduled efficiently, and tracked through completion.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment. This position requires consistent follow-through, strong attention to detail, and clear communication. It is a remote coordination role focused on systems, scheduling, and order management and does not involve physical warehouse or on-site work.
Key Responsibilities

Process and coordinate order fulfillment activities from start to completion

Schedule and manage order timelines to ensure timely fulfillment

Monitor order status and proactively identify delays or issues

Update and maintain accurate order information in fulfillment systems

Communicate clearly with internal teams, vendors, or carriers regarding order status

Ensure accuracy and completeness of order records and documentation

Follow established workflows and procedures to maintain consistency

Support daily operational goals through reliable and timely task completion

Escalate issues when needed to support smooth operations
Qualifications

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working with order management systems, spreadsheets, or similar tools

Experience in order processing, fulfillment, logistics, operations, or coordination preferred

Ability to work independently, stay focused, and maintain productivity in a remote environment

Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County (WSTC), under the direction of the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), is one of 28 local workforce development boards located throughout the state. WSTC’s primary goal is to meet the needs of Tarrant County employers and workers through locally designed market-driven workforce development initiatives and services. All employers, workers and job seekers are eligible to take advantage of these services. The 29-member Workforce Development Board (WDB) is made up of business and community leaders and is chaired by Tyrone Taylor.
