You'll be leading technical engagements with customers and partners, helping them transform their business through intelligent automation and AI. You will also be responsible to:</span></p> <ul> <li> <p>Work directly with customers and partners across the full sales cycle, from initial discovery through to implementation planning.</p> </li> <li> <p>Be the technical expert who understands their business challenges and translates them into automation solutions using Workato.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build trusted relationships as the go-to technical advisor on integration architecture, platform capabilities and implementation approaches.</p> <p>Help customers see what's possible and give them confidence in how to get there.</p> </li> <li> <p>Create and deliver compelling demonstrations that show real business value.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop technical content like solution architectures, best practice guides and proof of concept implementations that help customers and the broader team.</p> </li> <li> <p>Run hands-on sessions with customers including training workshops, technical deep dives and implementation guidance.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Help develop the skills of other team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing.</p> </li> </ul> <h1><strong>Requirements</strong></h1> <h3><strong>Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Computer Science or BS or equivalent education</p> </li> <li> <p>7+ years of <strong>Solutions Consulting / Solutions Architect</strong> experience is a must</p> </li> <li> <p>5+ years of experience with <strong>Integration and Middleware tools </strong>is a must</p> </li> <li> <p>Communicate effectively with Technical, Business and C Level stakeholders</p> </li> <li> <p>Understand the security and governance needs of Enterprises</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, EBusiness Suite, Databases</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience having worked in a start-up environment is a plus</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of Java and .Net platforms a plus</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP a plus</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey and relate ideas to others and work collaboratively to get things done.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p> </li> </ul> <h4><strong>(REQ ID: 2466)</strong></h4>
