Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.  

Estimated annual base pay:  $93,000 (minimum) - $121,000 (midpoint) - $149,000 (maximum)

  • All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Manufacturing Projects: Directs complex manufacturing initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.

  • Solve Technical Challenges: Identifies and resolves intricate manufacturing problems using advanced technical knowledge and innovative approaches.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partners with cross functional departments to integrate manufacturing processes and optimize operational efficiency.

  • Mentor and Support Colleagues: Provides guidance and expertise to less experienced team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.

  • Implement Best Practices: Develops and enforces manufacturing standards and best practices to enhance quality, productivity, and competitiveness.

Other Qualifications:

  • 4 year Bachelors BS OR 10+ years equivalent experience
