Job Summary:

We’re looking for a strategic Director, Rewards to lead the design, governance, and delivery of a holistic Total Rewards portfolio—compensation (base and variable), benefits, pension/retirement, wellness, recognition, and performance—while ensuring our people technology (e.g., Workday) effectively enables these programs. You’ll translate business needs into scalable programs and systems, elevate analytics for decision‑making, and partner with leaders across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and the business to deliver a compelling and equitable employee experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Rewards strategy & governance: Design and evolve compensation structures, incentive plans, benefits and pension programs, wellness and recognition; conduct benchmarking; build business cases.

• Annual cycles & program delivery: Lead merit, bonus, and benefits enrollment cycles.

• People technology enablement: Guide Workday roadmap, configuration, testing, deployment, integrations, and enhancements.

• Data, reporting & insights: Deliver dashboards and analytics to drive planning, pay decisions, and effectiveness insights.

• Leadership & collaboration: Lead Rewards and People Technology teams; manage vendors; partner across HR, Finance, IT, Legal.

• Compliance & risk: Ensure regulations, privacy/security, policy stewardship, and audit readiness.

About You:

• 7–10+ years leadership in Total Rewards with HR technology exposure.

• Deep knowledge of compensation, benefits, pensions, performance, analytics.

• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS.

• Strong communication, financial modeling, vendor management, and executive influence.
