The role will operate as part of the Onsite Owner’s Representative team, providing proactive safety engagement and ensuring strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards across all work fronts.

The Role
The Construction Safety Facilitator will act as the Owner’s Representative on site, responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, facilitating hazard identification, and supporting compliance with EHS protocols. This role focuses on frontline engagement, coaching crews, and ensuring that risk controls and safe work practices are implemented consistently in a fast-track, mission-critical construction environment.
