A Brief Overview
 
This position will be responsible for operating robotic welders to produce quality parts.
 
Location:  Onsite in Batesville, IN
 
 What you will do

  • Sets up jobs by getting fixtures and components, locate the correct program needed on teach pendant, loading and securing fixtures and components onto the table of robot manually or using hoist or fork truck, and visually checking points of contact
  • Operates robotic welder(s) by continually loading components onto the fixture, operating controls, adjusting machine, and monitoring robot functioning
  • Grind parts per print spec
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Meet production goals
  • Maintain a professional company image
  • Productively participate in a Continuous Improvement work environment


Education Qualifications

  • Trade School Certificate Vocational school and/or technical college training (certification not required) Preferred 


Experience Qualifications

  • Knowledge of using a computer Required

  • Team player who can work independently 
  • Ability to follow proper safety protocols 
  • Ability to retain learned knowledge 
  • Excellent attention to detail
