At home or in the office, or any mix you like&nbsp;</li><li>Working for strong brands and clients we believe in&nbsp;</li><li>30 days' vacation per year&nbsp;</li><li>Company Benefits</li><li>Urban Sports Club&nbsp;</li><li>Nice people in welcoming teams&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>What you can expect</strong></p><ul><li>Meaningful, end-to-end ownership where&nbsp;you’ll&nbsp;lead UX work from discovery through delivery, shaping problem definition, flows, interaction models, UI direction, and final specs.&nbsp;</li><li>AI-forward&nbsp;product work&nbsp;designing AI-enabled experiences such as assistants, automation, intelligent&nbsp;search&nbsp;and recommendations, with a focus on usability, trust, and user control.&nbsp;</li><li>A modern workflow where&nbsp;you’re&nbsp;encouraged to use AI responsibly to accelerate synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and documentation while keeping human judgment at the core.&nbsp;</li><li>Close collaboration with product, engineering, and data or AI stakeholders to ship high-quality outcomes.&nbsp;</li><li>Workshop&nbsp;facilitation&nbsp;with internal teams and customers to uncover needs, pain points, and priorities.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong craft and polish balanced with iteration, learning, and speed to impact.&nbsp;</li><li>Clear expectations and accountability with defined outcomes, measurable success criteria, and direct feedback.&nbsp;</li><li>Complex enterprise challenges across multi-stakeholder, process-heavy systems with opportunities to simplify and modernize.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>What we'd love to see</strong></p><ul><li>A degree in UX design or comparable training.&nbsp;</li><li>5+ years designing digital products or services with end-to-end UX ownership.&nbsp;</li><li>UX-first mindset with strong UI craft, from IA and wireframes to polished UI, with accessibility and consistency baked in.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven AI experience delivering AI enabled products&nbsp;or experiences&nbsp;and clearly&nbsp;articulating&nbsp;your role and impact.&nbsp;</li><li>Daily use of AI in your workflow to accelerate research, ideation, and prototyping, with good judgment on what should stay human-led.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, including leading workshops and driving decisions.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to translate insight into clear artifacts such as journeys, flows, prototypes, and build-ready UI specs.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong tool fluency in Figma and&nbsp;FigJam, with familiarity with modern build or prototyping tools as a plus&nbsp;like&nbsp;Replit, Lovable, Figma Make.&nbsp;</li><li>Comfort working independently across disciplines and navigating ambiguity with structure.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working on B2B SaaS platforms is a bonus, especially complex, enterprise-grade products with multiple user roles and workflows.&nbsp;</li><li>Fluent English&nbsp;required.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>We care about your personality and professional skills.
