At home or in the office, or any mix you like&nbsp;</li><li>Working for strong brands and clients we believe in&nbsp;</li><li>30 days' vacation per year&nbsp;</li><li>Company Benefits</li><li>Urban Sports Club&nbsp;</li><li>Nice people in welcoming teams&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>What you can expect</strong></p><ul><li>Management and controlling of our development projects and resources</li><li>Management of practical AI projects from idea to implementation</li><li>Analysis of professional needs (requirement engineering)</li><li>Derivation, definition and prioritization of work packages and tasks</li><li>Creation of service descriptions and expense estimates</li><li>Ensuring quality whilst complying with timing and budget</li><li>Professional support to the dev team, the agency and the customer</li><li>Enthusiastic, independent and responsible manner of working in a team</li></ul><p><strong>What we'd love to see</strong></p><ul><li>At least 5 years of professional experience in project management of digital applications in an agency or service sector</li><li>Excellent knowledge of digital and software development projects</li><li>Experience in lean and automated redesign and scaling of digital processes</li><li>Familiarity with established PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, etc.)</li><li>Keen interest in projects with a technical focus point</li><li>A strong feel for digital trends and UX</li><li>Experience with CGI &amp; real-time workflows or applications can be an advantage</li><li>You have a self-reliant way of working and a positive and solution-oriented attitude with a hands-on mentality</li><li>Fluency in German is a requirement - and a good command of English is an advantage</li></ul><p>We care about your personality and professional skills.
