Our projects span AI-driven content platforms, CGI pipelines, marketing automation, immersive applications and multi-channel content production across the entire marketing supply chain.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(36, 36, 36); font-size: 12px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">As </span><strong style="color: rgb(36, 36, 36); font-size: 12px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Senior Business Development Manager</strong><span style="color: rgb(36, 36, 36); font-size: 12px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> (all genders) for Immersive Experiences EMEA, you will identify, develop, and realize strategic growth opportunities, driving revenue expansion and strengthening long-term customer partnerships across Germany and Europe.</span></p><p><strong style="font-size: 12px;">What you can expect</strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Manage the entire business development cycle—from acquisition and qualification to presentation, negotiation, and closing. Leverage synergies within the WongDoody &amp; Infosys Group as needed to offer comprehensive MarTech solutions.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">You collaborate closely with senior industry leaders to identify strategic opportunities and shape joint growth strategies.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Build relationships with key decision-makers across industries such as CMT, CRL and MFG.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Identify customer needs and define customized proposals in collaboration with various subject matter experts from strategy, AI, CGI, production, and development.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Prepare compelling presentations, shape scopes of work and define pricing strategies that reflect client goals and commercial feasibility.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Coordinate cross-functional responses to RFPs and tenders, ensuring high-quality, compliant and on-brand submissions.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Work closely with the Immersive Experiences leadership to define go-to-market strategies and strategic account plans.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">You partner with Marketing to align messaging, share market insights and co-create brand storytelling that elevates our presence in key sectors.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Track and report on pipeline health, KPIs, forecasts and agreed revenue targets.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Act as a trusted advisor to potential customers and recommend value-driven production, digital and creative solutions that fit our Immersive Experiences portfolio.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">In addition to your business development expertise, you bring deep project management know-how — including the ability to manage scope, schedules, risks, issues, communication cadences, and both client and team relationships — to ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget and with high-quality results.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Collaborate in a people-first, ambitious and delivery-focused team culture.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">As a member of the EMEA senior business development team, you will contribute to studio-level team decisions, the culture, business planning and development of best practices.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Proactively contribute to the development and enhancement of multiple processes and relevant best practices.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Be responsible for knowledge transfer and development of team members.</span></li></ul><p><strong style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-size: 12px;">What we'd love to see</strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">4+ years of B2B sales experience in digital, agency or tech-led environments.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Proven success selling complex CGI, production, creative and MarTech solutions, ideally in industries like CMT, CRL, MFG.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Business development expertise including contract writing, pricing strategy, negotiation, and compliance.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Experience in crafting and delivering RFP/tender responses with cross-functional teams.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Project management expertise with the ability to steer scope, risks, timelines, communication, and quality.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Adept at quickly navigating organizational complexity and cross-regional collaboration.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Flexible thinker who thrives under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Superb verbal, written, presentation, organisational and interpersonal communication skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability, follow-through and responsiveness.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">A positive, collaborative mindset: sense of humour, resilience, curiosity and a can-do attitude.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Fluent in English and German (additional languages a plus).</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Experience working with large, global IT organisations.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Experience working and navigating in large MarTech focussed organisations.</span></li></ul><p><strong style="font-size: 12px;">Our local benefits</strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Flexible working hours&nbsp;and 100% overtime compensation</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12px;">Work where it works for you.
