Als Senior Campaign Marketeer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedenken, coördineren én (deels) uitvoeren van impactvolle B2B-campagnes. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met sterke digitale expertise en zorgt dat campagnes aantoonbaar bijdragen aan merkbeleving, vraagcreatie en omzet.

Je opereert op senior niveau, je ziet met welke soort campagnes en welke kanalenmix het team business doelstellingen kan behalen, werkt nauw samen met sales, content, marketing automation en data teams, en fungeert als inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor interne en externe stakeholders.

Wat ga je doen

  • Ontwikkelen van end-to-end B2B-campagnes, van strategie en propositie tot activatie en optimalisatie
  • Vertalen van businessdoelstellingen naar campagnestrategieën en concrete activatieplannen
  • Coördineren van campagne-uitrol over relevante kanalen (paid, owned en earned)
  • Je bent in staat om, indien nodig, zelf in te stappen in de digitale uitvoering om campagnes effectief te realiseren en te optimaliseren
  • Intensief samenwerken met marketing automation en data teams voor targeting, personalisatie en nurturing
  • Monitoren, analyseren en rapporteren van campagneprestaties op basis van KPI’s, conversie en ROI
  • Continu verbeteren van campagnes op basis van data, klantinzichten en experimenten

Wat breng je mee

  • Minimaal 5–7 jaar ervaring in B2B marketing, campaign management of demand marketing
  • Sterk strategisch denkvermogen, gecombineerd met pragmatische executiekracht
  • Gedegen kennis van digitale marketing (o.a. marketing automation, paid media, e-mail, funnels)
  • Ervaring met complexe B2B-proposities en meerdere stakeholder- en beslissingsniveaus
  • Datagedreven en analytisch sterk; gewend te werken met dashboards en performance-indicatoren
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht op senior niveau
  • Zelfstandig, gestructureerd en comfortabel in het managen van meerdere campagnes tegelijk
