About The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of up to 10 Major & Strategic Account Executives, within the Benelux and Italian market, while carrying your own quota as a player-coach. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape Libra’s enterprise sales motion, drive revenue growth, and foster a culture of performance and collaboration.
You’ll report to a Head of Sales and work closely with the local Benelux and Italian business units, Marketing, Customer Success, and Legal Engineering teams to ensure your team delivers exceptional value to Big Law firms and large corporate legal departments across Europe.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Coach: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of up to 10 Account Executives, throughout out The Benelux and Italy, ensuring consistent execution and professional growth.
Own the regional Quota: Carry both an individual quota and the team quota for the Italian and Benelux market, driving strategic deals while supporting your team’s success.
Sales Alignment: Ensure alignment and cooperation the account executives of the Libra team and the local business units Benelux and Italy
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales Operations, management, Finance, Local Customer Success and Marketing to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Recruit & Scale: support hiring top talent together with the Head of Sales of Libra and the local business units. Building a high-performing enterprise sales team.
Sales Strategy: Define and execute regional sales strategies together with the Head of Sales of Libra and the local business units. Including regular account planning, and pipeline management.
Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, forecast accurately, and implement best practices for deal qualification and progression.
Enablement: Collaborate with Legal Engineering and Marketing to deliver impactful demos, pilots, and tailored AI workflows.
Market Intelligence: Share insights from the field to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Culture Building: Foster a high-trust, high-performance environment focused on results and continuous learning.
Monitor KPIs across acquisition, activation, and retention — and translate data into actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing enterprise sales teams.
Track Record: Proven success in exceeding quotas and leading teams to achieve ambitious targets.
Enterprise Expertise: Strong experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals and strategic account planning.
Leadership Skills: Ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales talent in a fast-paced environment.
Commercial Acumen: Confidence engaging C-level decision-makers in legal, compliance, or professional services.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and structured with a passion for building and scaling.
Languages: Fluent English, Italian, French or Dutch is a bonus.
Bonus Points: Experience in legal tech or professional services.
