About the Role

We are looking for a supply chain coordinator with a strong bias for action, who is excited to solve systems challenges and drive the Courier logistics operation through a global set-up. You will be focusing on optimizing, defining and operationalizing the logistics operations & strategy across the 30 different Wolt Countries that we currently are operating in.

The set-up is currently still in an implementation phase, and the goal is to increase the number of Courier onboarding integrations and expand the number of integrated courier onboarding markets in the portfolio. You’ll join the Supply chain team, where we are focussing on building a world class operational excellence, for our internal and external partners, to support the growth of Wolt at a competitive cost, service and quality level. 

To be successful in this role, you will need to understand the logistics operations and Wolt’s courier onboarding processes and how to include integrations into the mix. You will partner closely across internal country operation teams, sourcing, finance and external partners. The role will be located in Hungary..

Your day-to-day in this role

• Managing & Monitoring our 3PL partners, ensure the logistics operation is running according to the SOP, IOP and KPI.


• Forecasting: Work closely with our demand planner to manage the stock availability and logistics ops forecast.


• Managing the daily In-/outbound flow, end-to-end logistics onboarding process for new courier partners, Fleet Companies across current and future expansions.


• Driving warehouse and Last Mile process improvements and updating the SOP & IOP.


• Maintaining the courier onboarding websites within woocommerce front and backends, including gear updates, system errors and developments.


• Collaborate across internal stakeholders, to ensure the logistics operation is in compliance with the courier onboarding requirements, involving in gear phasing & updates.


• Taking part in supporting tasks within Merchant logistics, Merchant kitting when needed.

Our humble expectations

• Supply chain experience for min. 3-4 years


• Experience in working with 3PL logistics partner, transportation, warehouse operation within a fast-paced environment. 


• Fluent in English


• Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities


• Excellent communication skills for collaboration within cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.


• Tech-savvyness and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new system tools (e.g web shop or system integration) is a plus.


• We expect that you have had your first professional experience with AI; you’re using AI to work faster, smarter, and more scalably to deliver results, e.g. building simple bots for handling shipping requests, automating e-mail or slack response, and are keen on learning more


• Experience with Excel/Google sheets, and Looker will be a strong advantage.


• Hands-on, get-it-done mentality, adept at maintaining composure in stressful situations, and always ready to take initiative.


• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a drive to continuously improve on own processes while raising the bar. 


• Comfortable adapting to changing requirements, priorities, or procedures.
