Wolt is looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to join our Growth Experiments team in the Consumer Product group. Our mission is to help users effortlessly discover the value of Wolt, creating delight and building lasting habits.

We believe the fastest way to learn is by doing. We prioritize high-velocity experimentation over long development cycles. Working in a tight loop with Designers, Engineers, and Data Scientists, we rely on rigorous A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure experiment outcomes. Our philosophy: ship small, learn fast, compound the wins. This role is for those who want to move quickly, ship often, and let the data speak.

Who you'll work with

You'll be part of a cross-functional crew: Product Managers, Backend, Android, and Web Engineers, plus Data Analysts who help us make sense of it all. Beyond the team, you'll collaborate with our Platform team and tap into Wolt's wider iOS community for best practices and knowledge sharing.

What you’ll be doing

This is a hands-on technical role focused on building and iterating on user-facing experiments across the Wolt iOS app. You'll work closely with product and data to ship things that make a real, measurable difference.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Build, test, and ship experiments across the iOS consumer app


• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data to define hypotheses and measure outcomes


• Implement A/B tests and feature flags to validate ideas quickly


• Write clean, testable code that's easy to ship, and easy to remove when an experiment wraps up


• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical direction through code reviews and design discussions


• Partner with the Platform team and iOS community on shared tooling and best practices

Our humble expectations* 

• At least 5 years of commercial experience with iOS development


• Proficiency in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, Reactive Programming, Swift Package Manager, and familiarity with iOS architecture patterns and modularization


• Experience with RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and writing testable code


• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and feature flagging on mobile


• Experience working in large teams, cross-team initiatives, and mentoring engineers


• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a quality-first mindset


• Strong sense of ownership: ships quickly, encapsulates experimental code properly, avoids over-engineering


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Optional, but great to have

• Experience working in a growth or experimentation-focused team


• Backend development exposure (Python, Kotlin, or Go)


• Experience across both iOS and Android platforms
