Job Description
- Candidates with 2+ years of experience in web content creation & management
- Web content management operations (image, texts, video entry) in the content management system
- Managing on-time online editorial content publishing on related system (AEM, PIM, SiteSore, Protien etc)
- Publishing web content across multiple platforms such as e-Content, e-Commerce and FMSCs
- Aiding business to support additions and modifications of editorial content.
- Ensuring streamlining editorial content management process & workflows as per the guidelines
- Proactively identify and resolve complex issue across different teams and tools and functions.
- Maintain good relationships and open communication, ensuring the satisfaction of the customer during editorial content publishing.
- Providing training and assistance to stakeholders on Content Management systems (CMS) and processes.
- Working closely with creative agencies , multiple stakeholders & act as SME for related projects.
Qualifications
- Master/bachelor's degree in Computers, Marketing or a related field is typically required.
- Proficiency in Spanish language (good to have)
Additional Information
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), PIM (Stibo), CMS (TeamSite)
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for content formatting and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
