• Manage Monthly / Weekly Reporting Cycle and preparation of reports ensuring accuracy and visibility of progress against core KPS’s
• Manage Saving Process for Procurement Function providing system support to members of CPE Manage relationship with Spend Analytics provider (Rosslyn Analytics)
• Continually update the spend Analytics Tool to reflect the most current data
• Lead spend reporting development in Power BI providing compliance and effectiveness to track progress of the procurement team against core KPI’s
• Proactively seek new opportunities to add value, by analysing technological trends and current procurement practices and challenging the status quo.
• Establish a culture of Continuous improvement within Corporate Procurement Team
• Manage the Outsourced Service Support resource to ensure compliance and identify areas of improvementExperience in business analysis , reporting, and monitoring of procurement spend
• Experience of driving systems adoption and usage
• Knowledge of SAP AribaPow BISAPExcel (Advanced)Access
