Job Description
- Should have relevant training experience in Airline/ Travel industry
- Travel Industry experience (GDS knowledge is must- Sabre or Amadeus)
- Managing end to end NHT and OJT for the process
- Should have a team handling experience of managing a team of upto 10 trainers.

What you'll do
- The Deputy Manager will manage end-to-end New Hire Training (NHT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for the process while supporting the manager. Responsibilities also include team leadership, resource allocation, and quality control.
