As an Order to Cash (OTC) Process Owner, you will oversee the end-to-end OTC process to ensure accurate order execution, strong customer service, revenue realization, and positive cash flow. You’ll lead a high‑performing team, collaborate with key business partners, and drive continuous improvement across the OTC function.

 

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead the OTC team responsible for order management, customer support, and service level delivery.
  • Serve as the main escalation point for customer service issues, deductions, order fulfillment challenges, and invoicing/EDI concerns.
  • Build strong partnerships with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Transportation, Distribution, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
  • Monitor and deliver all OTC service metrics and SLAs, identifying trends and driving corrective actions.
  • Partner with 3rd‑party providers (e.g., Distribution, VAS, Transportation) to ensure operational efficiency and meet service goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process effectiveness, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and coach team members, promote engagement, and support career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or a related supply chain role.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities.

 

Preferred

  • Experience in CPG or the food industry.
  • Knowledge of the full Order to Cash process.
  • Continuous improvement training (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Familiarity with EDI, deduction management, and logistics coordination.
