JOB OVERVIEW

Join our team as a Food Process Operator at our Belleville, Ontario facility. In this full-time, hourly role, you’ll support the safe and efficient production of high-quality food products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who are reliable, safety-focused, and enjoy working as part of a team.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Operate and monitor automated production equipment to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Perform routine quality checks, basic troubleshooting, and equipment changeovers.
• Follow sanitation, GMP, and safety protocols to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Accurately document production data and communicate effectively across shifts.
• Work collaboratively within a team to support production goals and continuous improvement efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in a production or food processing environment.
• Ability to work 12 shifts and rotate every two weeks from day to night which will include weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Effective communication skills, basic math proficiency, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including environments that may be hot, humid, wet/slippery, or dusty.

Preferred Qualifications:

• College Certificate or Diploma in Manufacturing, Technology, or completion of a Food Process Operator Apprenticeship Program.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Familiarity with basic equipment operation and maintenance.

Salary Range: $31.43 per hour
