As a frontend developer at Wix Components, you'll play a key role in shaping the Wix platform by developing robust infrastructure that enables the creation of high-quality, reusable components, which enhance the user experience for millions of users globally. In your day-to-day, you will: 

• Shape and develop Wix’s Components Platform by building a powerful infrastructure that extends Wix's capabilities

• Develop high-quality, reusable components that enhance the Wix platform 

• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Product Designers to meet and exceed user needs 

• Design and maintain the infrastructure supporting component integration across the Wix ecosystem

• Incorporate AI-powered tools into your development workflow to boost productivity, from code generation and testing to documentation

• Influence millions of Wix users who have built over 500 million websites, serving billions of users globally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development 

• Experience in developing high-quality UI and providing an exceptional developer experience

• Strong proficiency in modern web technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript

• Excellent communication skills, adept at working with other engineering teams, product, and diverse stakeholders, to achieve shared goals

• Open-minded, ready to tackle challenges, and comfortable to leverage AI to enhance quality and productivity 

• Passionate about technology, UI, and innovation

We are the Wix Components Group. We create the building blocks that allow Wix’s internal organization and hundreds of millions of users to design and build products, sites, and apps. Our team designs and maintains the core UI components that form the foundation of every Wix site and application. We also develop cross-cutting features, such as component CSS customization, RTL support, accessibility enhancements and many more.
