Job Description
As a Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping and driving data-driven decisions for Base44. This high-impact, fast-paced role is focused on building a new product category, requiring a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. In your day-to-day, you will:
- Analyze large datasets to inform, influence, and support Base44 business decisions
- Lead data and analytics initiatives, collaborating with teams across the company
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics while ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Create tools to streamline data processes and improve efficiency
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize features and implement new ones
- Perform detailed customer analyses, including churn, behavior, segmentation, trends, and customer value
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a data or product analyst
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of online business and customer behavior analysis
- Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking abilities
- Self-starter who can manage projects independently from start to finish
- Proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Advanced SQL skills and experience using AI tools for data analysis
- Hands-on experience with designing and analyzing A/B tests
- Advanced expertise in AI-driven problem-solving, including visualizations and web coding frameworks - an advantage
