About this role
We are looking for a Director of Demand Generation with 5+ years of experience to own and scale our pipeline engine from the ground up. We are looking for a hungry, hands-on, and strategic individual who is excited to build our demand generation function from scratch at a high-growth, category-defining AI company. This is an individual contributor role for the first 6 months with a clear path to building and leading a team.What will you be doing?Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy, rethinking and rebuilding our approach across paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), events, and field marketing.Be hands-on in the weeds, managing and executing campaigns to drive pipeline and deliver qualified meetings within the first 90 days.Take ownership of a significant marketing budget, starting with a paid media budget of $500k-$1M and an events budget in the millions.Evaluate, select, and implement the marketing tech stack needed to scale the demand generation function.Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and leadership to align on strategy and drive revenue impact.
