The Graphic Designer develops and executes high-quality visual solutions that support Wintrust’s brand and marketing initiatives and business objectives across digital and print channels. This role collaborates closely with the Creative Art Senior Manager and Copywriters to translate strategic goals into compelling, on-brand creative deliverables.

What You'll Do:

• Create high-quality print and digital design assets using InDesign, Figma, and email design platforms, ensuring all deliverables uphold and enhance established brand guidelines.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and visual clarity across all channels
• Collaborate with the Creative Art Senior Manager and Copywriting team to translate strategic goals into visual solutions that stay true to the brand while thoughtfully evolving it.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, adhere to established creative workflows, and ensure the timely delivery of assets through effective communication and prioritization.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of related experience
• Proficient knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient knowledge in InDesign Skills
• Proficient concepting skills
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and branding principles
• Strong Digital design skills
• Email and landing page layout
• Visual storyteller
• Collaborative and Team Player
• Workfront knowledge preferred
• Figma and Bee Pro experience preferred

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $59,000 - $77,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
