Wintrust was founded with the idea to be the alternative to the big banks. We are looking for top talent to join Chicago’s Bank®, as a full-time Executive Assistant supporting our Libertyville Bank & Trust CEO/Market Head and team! 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of CEO’s daily schedule

  • Provide periodic support to the Business Security Officer and Head of Retail

  • Coordinate meetings/events, assist with generation of various reports, presentation preparation, expense reporting, and completion of assigned projects

  • Conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications

  • Prepare agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions for meetings

  • Process accounts payable, including reconciliation of the Bank’s corporate credit card

  • Maintain office supplies and order replacements; manage office equipment and maintenance

  • Provide back-up support to other administrative support staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • Advanced computer skills with MS Office Suite

  • 3+ years secretarial, administrative assistant, office services experience supporting various management levels required

  • High school degree or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and oral), and telephone etiquette skills

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet designated deadlines

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

  • Customer focus in dealing with all levels of employees and visitors

  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $26.44 - $37.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
